How do you control the quality of work across all of your accounts?
  • A few different ways. Number one – Dedicated Account Managers.   Each of our accounts is assigned an account manager; a single point of contact responsible for making sure each work order is being done properly, within the requirements of the SLA, and communication between CMI and the client are taking place.
  • Number two – our Quality Control Manager. Our quality control manager uses propriety analytical programs to scrape data from each work order software program, compiles the data, and monitors every work order across the entire company to create reports detailing the KPIs for every work order for every client.
  • Number three – Mechanical Expert Team.  When a work order needs escalated for any reason, our expert team is there to take over.  Members of our team have decades of HVAC, refrigeration, and facility management experience and are assigned the work order until a resolution is found and completed.
How much more expensive are your services over doing everything myself?
We’re the same price.  In fact, in some cases, we may even be cheaper.  We leverage large volumes of work to reduce costs for our customers, so our services come at little to no extra cost.  Because we believe in cost transparency we made a little video to show how it all works:

Do you manage hot side equipment programs as well?
At CMI we are HVAC and refrigeration experts.  We want to make sure when giving advice or providing service to a customer we stick to what we know best.  While we do not service hot side equipment, we would be happy to provide references for companies we know and trust around the country.
